Hi, I’m Margaret! In my work as a therapist, I help people reconnect with their authentic selves so they can feel more grounded, free, and true to who they are. Together, we can explore what’s keeping you stuck and work towards real change that lasts.

I’m warm, honest, and collaborative and meet each client where they are with compassion and non-judgment. Our work will focus on what matters to you - feeling more calm, connected, and confident in your daily life.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10 years in tech, so I understand the stress and challenges that can come with high-demand environments. As a second-generation Korean American, I also bring a culturally sensitive lens to therapy, especially for clients seeking to navigate identity, belonging, racial trauma, and intergenerational dynamics.

Services

I work with adult individuals and couples. I take a trauma-informed approach, and my areas of focus include identity, grief, transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
